At the head of such team of lawyers is its Founder and current president, Luis Miguel Pereyra C., who has been a profesor at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra, the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña and in the Universidad APEC and has been a part of different Jurist Commissions formed for the writing of the Reglamentation of the Labor Code, for the revision of the Civil Code and for the preparation of the Codigo de Ordenamiento de Mercado.

Currently Luis Miguel Pereyra is a member of the referees panel of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo and collaborate as a writer in different judicial publications, and participates as a lecturer in conferences and seminars for international clients and national institutions such as the Fundacion Institucionalidad y Justicia, la Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra, Revista Gaceta Judicial, Consejo Lationoamericano de Estudios de Derecho Internacional y Comparado, Asociacion Dominicana de Administradores de Recursos Humanos y la Escuela Nacional de Ministerio Publico.
